Best Buy Gift Card Online

I am trying to enter a gift card at online checkout to purchase a video game, but it is not working. The gift card is a 16-digit number, but when I type the 15th number, in the "enter discount code" box, the "apply" button disappears, and so I cannot enter the full gift card number. I have tried this on the app and in multiple browsrers. I checked the gift card balance online and I have plenty of funds on the card. Any help with getting this to work would be appreciated.

I think I figured out that this is happening because you cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card. I am trying to use the gift card to pre-order a video game, but that video game comes with a promotional $10 gift card, so I think that is why it is not letting me use my gift card. You are correct! Purchasing a POSA game card is considered a gift card and can not be purchased with a gift card. There is not a way around it other than purchasing a physical copy of the game if you wish to use the gift card to purchase.

I have the same problem. I ordered a digital Apple Gift Card and did not receive an email with the gift card code. My order status for the gift card on the website is that an email was sent and the gift card is ready to be redeemed. I did not receive that email. Please let the board know if you got your problem resolved and what steps you took, if any, to get it resolved.

I had the same issue. The rep I talked with first had me re-authenticate my email with the current order number. (see link below) Then she escalated the case when I still hadn't received the email for my gift card.
